Health Check Service
A quarterly service inspecting installed Double-Take Software solutions to ensure systems remain in optimum operating condition.
Fail Safe Service
An on-site service to assist customers with exercising fail over and fail back techniques; senior engineers to assist with fail over testing, best practice guidance for applying upgrades, service packs and exercising business continuance objectives.
Enterprise DR Workshop
Enterprise DR (E-DR) Workshop is a Workshop targeted for accounts that require the expertise of a certified business continuity planner and project management to design an enterprise disaster recovery solution using Double-Take ® Software products. The E-DR Workshop examines the existing environment to determine the disaster recovery design, deployment plan and project management skill sets to manage an enterprise solution.
Recovery Consulting Services
An array of programs such as Disaster Recovery planning, VMware Installation services and a customer Health Check. The programs emphasize knowledge-transfer, hands-on consulting, and self sufficiency delivered by our certified Double-Take Software experts for both pre and post Double-Take deployments.
This process is a critical step for deployment methodology and rollout strategy encompassing the client’s requirements for optimal conditions.
Enterprise Installation Service
Enterprise Services is a Professional Service 'best practice' engagement targeted for
accounts that will implement an initial number of servers using Double-Take® and/or
GeoCluster® in preparation for an enterprise or department wide deployment. This
service includes Discovery Assessment/Analysis, Solution Architecture, Production
Deployment Planning/Project Planning, Best Practice and Knowledge Transfer. We work
with the client’s IT staff to understand the environmental and infrastructure
dependencies and develop the methodologies, processes and best practice for a
successful data protection solution deployment.
Project Management
Providing high-level Double-Take Software software certified project management expertise using a proven methodology to coordinate and supervise solution planning and deployment.
Staff Augmentation
A 'best practice' engagement targeted for accounts that require additional staffing resources for a Double-Take® and/or GeoCluster® enterprise wide deployment. The advantage of staffing a certified Double-Take engineer is to reach compliance certification testing sooner, compile custom documentation for internal company certification with Double-Take and quicker deployment of overall pilot and or enterprise rollout.
VMware® Installation Service
Double-Take Software engineers are certified to directly install VMware systems for its customers, quickly and cost-effectively, to ensure the Double-Take VMware solution enhances business continuity and disaster recovery solutions as well as server consolidation requirements.
Capacity Planning
Assessing the network bandwidth requirements by analyzing the current rate of data change in the existing production environment; a critical step for ensuring successful deployment.
